FROM WEST:

Take the Northern State Parkway east which becomes the Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 454). Continue on Veterans Memorial for 2 miles. At the fork, bear left onto Route 347 (Smithtown bypass). Continue 3 miles to Southern Boulevard and make a U-turn at the light. Shalom Memorial Chapel will be on your right.

Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 53 north (Sagtikos Parkway). Take Exit SM1 (Northern State Parkway) east, then follow the directions above.

Take the Southern State Parkway east to Exit 41A (Sagtikos Parkway), travel north to Exit SM1 (Northern State Parkway) east, then follow directions above.

FROM EAST:

Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) west to Exit 59 (Ocean Avenue) and travel north on Ocean Avenue which becomes Rosevale Avenue. Take Rosevale Avenue to the end, then make a left onto Smithtown Boulevard. Turn right onto Southern Boulevard to Smithtown Bypass (Route 347). Turn left onto Smithtown Bypass. Shalom Memorial Chapel will be on your right.
